Introduction of me (Thalia) - Just a little bit about me, myself and i :) Read and enjoy, more blogging will be done in future

Hey everyone!
I'm Thalia, or Thalz (for the people who are lazy and cbf) I'm new to this whole "blogging" thing. For those of you who are confused at how to pronounce my name its a silent 'h', no you don't make a 'th' sound. its as silent as the 'th' in the name Thomas!! haha

So anyway, a little bit about myself...
I'm 17, 18 at the end of the year :( sad face cause its riiiight before christmas and i have to watch all my other friends turn 18 before me ahah. But thats okay! i have some taxis ;)
I decided to start a blog cause i thought it would be a good way to pass time when I'm not busy with all the bombarding homework of Year 12 VCE. Also my best friend, Shaylene kept mentioning hers so she was also sort of a inspiration or that extra push for me to finally decide to succumb the the blogging life :P

More about myself shall I?
So as i mentioned up there ^ I'm currently in year 12 and doing VCE. Aspirations to go to Uni are very much in place. Whether i get the score i need to get there is a whole other story. Everyone wondering if year 12 is hard? Yes, it is. The amount of homework is ridiculous and sometimes you can't even catch a break. If you don't do the work, your pretty much screwed. Not trying to scare anyone, but that is the reality of the last year of school "one year of hard work to set you up for life." what my teachers keep bantering to us about constantly.

I have a sister who is 16 months older and 16 inches shorter!! i kid, but she is quite short. We don't get along all too well at times, but we do have our good times :) I currently live at home with my parents also (planning to move out with my best friends at the end of next year, my two favourite people), Along with our dog, our birds, and two cats. One of them is all mine :D
Yes people, i did in fact convince my parents to let me get my own cat. Just one of the many commitments of mine. Her name is Honeycomb and shes a terror. But adorable none the less. She is a tortoise shell, which means on her back she looks like a tortoise. Shes mostly orange. Because of her being so evil i keep telling her that she has no soul. My sister says rangas have no souls, and now I've adopted her saying haha (sorry if there are any red heads reading who i have offended xo!!)

I play softball and i loooove to draw and read (nerd alert!!), not that i have been very artistic since i started year 12 :(
I work at Woolworths and have been for almost a year now. I'm a typical girl who loves to wear dresses and heels and just have fun, but i dont go all out like some. I prefer the simpler things. I won't clad my face in makeup everyday (only when i go to work or I'm going out somewhere worth wearing makeup), and when i wake up in the morning i rarely style my hair. I'm fairly lazy when it comes to my appearance, but i make it presentable either way.

When it comes to music I'm more into bands than individual singers themselves. For example, i love Sleeping With Sirens, Peirce The Veil, Good Charlotte and Simple Plan. But i also love Katy Perry and a few other solo artists.

Now, yes, i thing that is moooore than enough of an introduction of myself and my life aha. You all will indeed hear more from me over the days and there will be many random things popping up here and there. I hope you all enjoy :)
